Special events and meetings
The City Hall's Lappeenranta hall is a popular venue for conferences that meets the EU's requirements. In addition, the building houses several smaller meeting and group work spaces.
The spacious lobby areas are well suited for a buffet and some small talk. The lobby of the Lappeenranta hall allows for organising coffee, cocktail and lunch for up to 900 people. On concert nights, we take care of the Lappeenranta hall's intermission catering. Place you order in advance to avoid queuing.
The professionals in our sales services plan catering and premises solutions according to your wishes – be it a conference, training event, corporate event or a family party. Have a look at the other pages of our restaurant or come visit us and discuss the arrangements. We implement unforgettable events with solid expertise.
The premises can booked through the City Hall's porters, tel. +358 5 616 2021 or online, on the city's website www.lappeenranta.fi
