Muster the mustard!

  • Cover the baked ham with mustard. If you prefer, you can add honey or plum or applesauce to the mustard. Great flavour enhancers are also ground parsley, thyme, sage or oregano.

Sprinkle on top of the mustard:

  • Bread crumbs
  • Crushed corn flakes
  • Crushed nuts
  • Crushed rye crispbread

Before serving, you can spruce up the ham with pink or green peppercorns or cloves.
